Happy Christmas Eve – or holiday of your choice, or simply Saturday! I hope you’re having a lovely day, wherever you are.

Today is also a celebration because it’s a book release – and my publisher is having a massive 50% off sale, through the 26th! So that’s a good final advent calendar present, perhaps?

“December Beginnings” is out today – a short spin-off story for Matthew, Finn’s stunt double from the Finn & Wes holiday stories. Matthew, as Wes noticed back in the August story, has been silently in love with Finn for a while now – knowing perfectly well that Finn and Wes are together and brilliantly happy, so he’s never said anything, of course not…

…but maybe, in the glow of holiday lights, it’s about time Matthew noticed someone else. Someone who also works on their superhero show. Someone who just might be quietly pining for him…
